Hi, I’m Fat Mommy. No, that’s not my real name. What is real is my struggle to lose weight.
I have more than 100 pounds to lose. Settling long-term goals tends to scare me as the number seems to high and so impossible. I can’t remember the last time I weighed 150 pounds and so it is hard for me to visualize myself at that weight. I am hoping that through multiple small short-term goals that the weight will come off a little easier than if I was working with big numbers.
I will post my ACTUAL weight here. It’s a bit of a scary thing for me to do as I’ve been lying about my weight my entire life. I will talk about what I eat during the day and what I am doing for exercise. This is mainly a place to keep myself in check – but I welcome anyone else to join me on my journey.
